Unluckily, our car caused an accident why we try to make an U-tern to center in Sungnern areas. The car falled into a big hole on the surface of that highway. When we get off the car we saw many things showed that accidents always happened there. At that moment, I am not sure that we are unlucky because the car falled into the hole or we are unlucky because we were born in this country. The country that many official persons do not take full responsibilities on their duties.
After took care our car, we turned left from the highway and drove through laterite roads for about 10 kms. We then arrived the center. The staff told us that Mr. Prapas was waiting usbat the neem tree plantation which is about 4-5 kms far from the center. While we travelled through the laterite roads, I awas very courious about the condition of those roads. I was very surprise that why the very worst road like these still existed. I was very up-set with our officials again. From my experiences, I found out that many people try very hard to take the positions but they always try very little to accomplished the responsibilities.
Finally, we arrived the neem tree plantation. More than 20 people, man and women, were working there.
“Neem trees need quite long times to become matured tree. We therefore plant vegetable to have food as well as sell them for short term incomes” Prapas mentioned.
” How many people have been living here?” some of our group asking them a question.
“About 1,500 people, we manage into three groups. Each group stays in difference places.” Prapas answered.
Why these people called themselves a No Land Man? I think that most of you want to ask me this question. I will tell you later in next time………
